What will happen at my pets appointment?
We are a mobile vet nurse service so your pets appointment will be at your home. After arriving at the scheduled time we will discuss what will happen and answer any questions you may have. During the treatment we will ensure your pet is comfortable and treated with nothing but care and compassion.
We are experienced in handling a variety of animals with all different temperments and we personalise their care to each individual need.
Our goal is to help alleviate anxiety, fear, and stress in pets!

Service Hours
We offer a variety of appointment times. Please submit a booking request and we will contact you as soon as possible with current availabilities to suit your schedule.
Travel Fees/Prices
We have NO extra travel fees or unexpected costs. We are 100% upfront with all our prices so there are no unexpected suprises.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of service or prior. We accept cash, eftpos (paywave), internet banking. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $35 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments may be charged the applicable call-out fee plus 50% of the time booked to cover travel and lost income. Fees do not apply in circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as illness, emergencies, or natural disasters. Contact us here.
Service Areas
We are currently offering our services in Christchurch, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Woodend, Ravenswood, Pegasus. If you are out of these areas please get in touch.
Do I need to be home?
Yes please, we do require you to be home with your pet for the appointment unless otherwise discussed.
Service Limitations
Under New Zealand law veterinary nurses are unable to independently prescribe, diagnose or vaccinate.
